Obviously the hens aren't constantly walking into the house but they free roam in the garden & even when looking where you're walking chicken poo gets walked into the utility room. So I am constantly cleaning floors & after a bad car accident it's a painful & slow job.I'd seen various excellant reviews for this steam mop in magazines & read the reviews on Amazon & despite a few negative ones I finally decided to order one. I also ordered a pk of extra mop floor pads at the same time. As soon as it arrived I was eager to try it out so swept the floor ready to start. It looked simple enough. The pad is dead easy to apply; just place it on the floor with Velcro facing upwards & place the bottom of the mop onto. Then fill the tank with cold water with the plastic jug provided. I requested the procedure for returns from the company and waited 4 days for a response. When the response finally came I was told to take it to the nearest of their service engineers for repair! After 2 more emails and an enquiry to Amazon as to the way forward I received instructions on how to return the item for replacement.
